Principal, Kendrick Elementary
My name is Isabel Lozano. I am the daughter of Mexican immigrants and first generation college graduate. I married my high school sweetheart and have three wonderful children. I was raised in South Waco and attended Waco Public Schools. I graduated from UHS in 1993. I attended McLennan Community College were I received an associated degree in Arts and Science. I received a Bachelors in Business Occupations and a Masters in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University. I began my teaching career at AJ Moore Academy and transferred to University High School after the consolidated in 2012. I have held several positions within Waco ISD; instructional specialist, academic advising coordinator, assistant principal at Cesar Chavez Middle School and University High School. I am entering my 3rd year as the principal at Kendrick Elementary. I am currently enrolled in a superintendent program. My life mission is to inspire everyone to believe in themselves and dream big, SI SE PUEDE!
