ALICE WAS MARRIED TO THE LATE JOE RODRIGUEZ WHOSE DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITY IS EVIDENT IN HIS 20 YEARS OF SERVICE AS THE PRESIDENT AND CEO OF THE CENTEX HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
